Building a form used to mean one of three things: hiring a developer, paying for Typeform or Google Forms, or copying some janky HTML snippet from a 2012 blog post.
Utilon's form builder changes that. Free. No code. Takes 3 minutes.
What You Can Build
- Contact forms — Let website visitors reach you without exposing your email
- Feedback forms — Collect product reviews, NPS scores, satisfaction ratings
- Lead generation forms — Capture emails and names for your newsletter or offer
- Event registration — Collect RSVPs with custom fields
- Surveys — Multi-question forms with various field types
- Job applications — Long-form responses with file upload support
Available Field Types
Every form you build can include:
- Short text — Single-line responses
- Long text — Multi-line paragraph answers
- Email — Validates format automatically
- Phone number
- Number — Numeric input with validation
- Date picker
- Dropdown — Choose one from a list
- Multiple choice — Radio buttons
- Checkboxes — Select multiple options
- Rating — 5-star rating widget
- File upload — Accept document and image uploads
- Section break — Organize your form visually
Each field can be set as required or optional, with placeholder text and help text below.
From Creation to Live in 3 Minutes
- Log in to Utilon and go to Dashboard → Forms
- Click New Form — choose a template or start blank
- Click field types on the left to add them to your form
- Click any field in the center to edit its label, placeholder, and options
- Go to Settings to set your success message and choose a color
- Toggle Publish to make it live
- Share the link:
utilon.xyz/f/your-form-slug
The form is immediately live. No approval process, no waiting.
Embed on Any Website
Copy the embed code from the Share tab:
<iframe
src="https://utilon.xyz/f/your-form"
style="width:100%;height:600px;border:none;border-radius:16px;"
></iframe>
Paste it into your website's HTML. Done. The form renders natively, matches the surrounding page width, and works on mobile.
Collect and Manage Responses
Every form submission lands in your Responses tab. You see:
- Total response count
- Total form views
- Conversion rate (responses ÷ views)
- Each response in full, with all field values
If your form includes an Email field, a Reply button appears next to each submission. Click it and your default email client opens with the recipient pre-filled.
Export all responses as a CSV file for spreadsheet analysis.
Email Notifications
Enable email notifications in Settings to receive an email every time someone submits your form. Know immediately when a new lead or inquiry comes in.
